Acceptance
By accessing workspace-birchfield.click and requesting engagements from Birchfield Industry Focus Co., Ltd., you agree to these terms. If you are requesting work on behalf of a supermarket business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Services
We provide professional industry benchmarking and related advisory engagements for supermarket operators. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate written scope and fee confirmation apply to each engagement.
Intellectual property
Site content, methodologies descriptions, and materials we create for an engagement remain the intellectual property of Birchfield Industry Focus Co., Ltd. unless a written agreement assigns specific deliverables. Clients may use findings packs for internal business purposes. Peer identities and cohort construction methods may not be republished.
Confidentiality
Both parties must protect confidential trading information shared during an engagement. Anonymised peer data must not be reverse-engineered to identify other operators.
Liability
Findings support management judgement; they do not guarantee commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, our liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
